Payments may be made through bank transfer, virtual account, payment gateway, or other payment methods made available by Simplify.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment details are accurate. Services may be activated, continued, or delivered based on successful payment confirmation and applicable commercial terms.
For subscription-based services, access may be provided on a monthly, annual, or other agreed billing cycle. Subscription terms, renewal rules, cancellation conditions, and usage limits will be specified in the relevant order form, invoice, agreement, or subscription plan.
If a customer does not renew or complete payment within the required timeline, Simplify may suspend or discontinue access to the relevant service.

Some Simplify products may use AI or Generative AI to assist with document processing, analysis, recommendations, code generation, search, summarization, workflow automation, or other business tasks.
AI-generated outputs may not always be complete, accurate, or suitable for final decision-making without human review. Customers are responsible for validating outputs before relying on them for business, legal, regulatory, financial, or operational decisions.
Simplify does not guarantee that AI-generated responses will be error-free or suitable for every use case.
All content, trademarks, logos, software, platforms, designs, product names, documentation, workflows, source code, models, accelerators, templates, methodologies, and materials developed or owned by Simplify remain the intellectual property of Simplify unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Simplify products or materials without prior written approval.
Customer-owned data and customer-specific content remain the property of the customer, subject to the terms of the applicable agreement.
Simplify respects the confidentiality of customer information. Any confidential information shared with Simplify will be handled with reasonable care and used only for the purpose of delivering agreed products or services.
Where applicable, data handling, security, privacy, and compliance obligations may be governed by a separate agreement, data processing agreement, non-disclosure agreement, or project contract.
Simplify products and services may integrate with third-party platforms, cloud services, AI models, APIs, payment providers, or enterprise systems. Simplify is not responsible for disruptions, pricing changes, policy changes, or service limitations caused by third-party providers.
Use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
Simplify aims to provide reliable services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, infrastructure outages, cybersecurity events, or third-party service disruptions.
Where specific service levels are required, they must be agreed separately in a written agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Simplify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business interruption losses, including loss of revenue, profit, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
Simplify’s total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, applicable order form, invoice, statement of work, or signed agreement.
Simplify may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this website with the revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, unless otherwise agreed in writing between Simplify and the customer.
