SimplifyAI ("we", "our", or "us") provides a suite of enterprise AI products including SimplifyTransformer, SimplifyStudio, SimplifyHiring, SimplifyLegal, SimplifyInsights, and SimplifyDocFlow. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you visit our marketing site or use our products.
We collect information you provide directly (such as your name, work email, company, and job title when you sign up, request a demo, or contact sales), information generated as you use our products (such as workspace activity, audit logs, and uploaded documents), and limited technical information about your device and connection.
For enterprise deployments, the data your organisation processes through SimplifyAI products remains owned and controlled by your organisation under the terms of your Master Services Agreement.
We use the information we collect to operate, secure, and improve our products, to provide customer support, to communicate with you about your account and product updates, and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your private workspace content to train foundation models.
We share information with service providers that help us run SimplifyAI (such as cloud hosting, observability, analytics, and email delivery). All sub-processors are bound by written agreements that require equivalent privacy and security protections.

We retain account information for as long as your organisation maintains an active subscription, plus the period required to comply with our legal, accounting, and contractual obligations.
Workspace data is retained according to the retention policies configured by your organisation. You can request deletion at any time by contacting your administrator or our support team.
SimplifyAI is built on a SOC 2 and ISO 27001 aligned control framework. We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, granular audit logging, and regional data residency for our enterprise customers.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing activities. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@simplifyai.id.
SimplifyAI operates from offices in Indonesia, the United Arab Emirates, India, Saudi Arabia, and the United States. Where personal information is transferred across borders, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
